Through exploring the themes and motifs found in fairy tales, the purpose of this project is to communicate how fairy tales can enhance the development of a child's ego. Primarily targeted towards parents who are hesitant about reading classic fairy tales to their children, this project will explain and explore the core lessons and morals that can be taught through fairy tales.
The project aims to change parental perception of fairy tales and to offer a new understanding to the education provided by fairy tales.

The project would be set up as a series with each book containing a different fairy tale to explore.
At the beginning of each book there is an introduction to fairy tales. As the story is read through there are various interactive elements for children and parents to interact with. There are play aspects for children to feel involved in the outcome of the story. For parents there are analysis pull tabs that help explain specific motifs and situations happening in the section of the book and why it is important to learn. At the end of the book there is a conclusion and analysis of the book outlining the main themes of the fairy tale.
